Q:Are your cactus shipped in the pot? A:All our cactus are shipped bare root...this is safer for the cactus and cheaper on shipping. Q:Are your cactus from the wild or seed grown? A:All our cactus are seed grown..NEVER from the wild! Q:Can cactus survive in the ground where i live? A:Unless you live in the climate in which the cactus grows naturally I always suggest container growing..there are some exceptions occasionally. Q:Do you send care sheets with orders? A:Yes I do! this will help you get a good start...If I forgot please email me. Q:Do you offer discounts on multiple purchases? A: In general no I do not...Profit margins are fairly thin on these. Q:Do you combine shipping on multiple orders? A:Yes provided they are bought and paid for on the same visit...our checkout combines the costs for us. Q:When will my order ship? A:I ship 5 days a week...so almost the next business day...if there is some major delay I will email you to let you know. Q:I need my order shipped on a certain date due to vacation etc...can you delay shipping? A:I will be happy to ship when you are ready! Please let me know when you order. Q:Do you ship in the winter? A:Yes I do with great sucess! It is still the buyer's responsibility to determine if excessively hot or cold weather will impact the healthy shipment of plants.
